Amir Beeri - Founder & CEO
Amir brings to Camero over 25 years of managerial and technical experience. Amir founded Camero along with Aharon Aharon during his appointment as an Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) at Jerusalem Global Ventures. Before joining Jerusalem Global Ventures, Amir served as the General Manager of Infineon Savan, a fully owned subsidiary of Infineon Technologies AG (NASDAQ: IFNNY), specialized in VDSL and UWB solutions. Amir was responsible for the entire operations in Israel.
Prior to his role at Infineon, Amir held the position of VP R&D at ADC in Israel providing broadband DLC systems.
Amir served more than 14 years in the Israeli intelligence community where in his last position he headed the R&D department and retired in equivalent rank of a colonel.
Amir has received both his B.Sc & M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Shuki Schwartz - Board Director & CFO
Shuki joined Camero through the acquisition by the SK Group in late 2011. Shuki brings over 15 years of vast finance and accountancy experience to Camero. In addition to acting as the CFO of Camero, Shuki also serves as the VP of Finance at Israel Weapon Industries (IWI), Camero's sister company, which is also a member of the SK Group.
Before joining the SK Group, Shuki held the position of CFO at Nistec Group, an EMS provider in the Israeli electronics industry. Prior to working at Nistec, Shuki was a Manager at Dr. Shlomo Nass Company, a leading law firm specializing bankruptcy and corporate rehabilitation.
Shuki is an Israeli CPA and holds a BA in Economics and Accountancy and an MA of Accountancy from Bar Ilan University.
Dr. Ron Daisy - VP R&D
Most recently, Ron held the position of VP R&D at Novatrans, a company developing a specialized vacuum-device based on THz technologies.
Prior to Novatrans, Ron worked at Camero as a system and algorithms development engineer. Before joining Camero Ron was a founder of All Optical, a company that developed unique laser sources for the optical communication market. At All Optics Ron led the development team responsible for an ultra-fast wavelength tunable laser (nano-second tuning time).
Prior to that, Ron worked at Verint systems where he led the Demodulation-algorithms and signal processing R&D team.
Ron holds a B.Sc, M.Sc, and D.Sc degrees in electrical engineering, focusing on optics and electromagnetics all from the Technion Israel Inst. of technology.
Hagay Keller - VP Sales & Marketing
Hagay Keller has been active in the Defense and the HLS industry for over 15 years and draws on extensive international Business Development, Marketing and Sales experience.
Before Joining Camero, Hagay served as VP Sales and Marketing at Larotec (a member of the AGS Group) - providing advanced secure M2M wireless communications platform for sensor management and control. In his position, Hagay led the company's Sales and Marketing team in establishing the company's international business activities.
Prior to Larotec, Hagay served as Director of Business Development in SimiGon - a leading Training and Simulation Software Company focusing on the Defense-Aerospace market. In this position he was head of SimiGon's Business Development and Sales team and responsible for executing the business activities in Europe and APAC.
Hagay served 7 years in various Marketing and Sales executive positions at ITL Optronics (today part of Elbit Systems-Elop) specializing in Electro-optical systems for infantry, Special Forces and law-enforcement units.
Hagay also served as an officer in a reconnaissance-Intel unit in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).
Hagay holds an Executive MBA from Bradford University UK and a BA in Business Management from The College of Management in Israel.
Benjamin Maimon - VP Operations
Benjamin has been active in various Operations positions for more than 20 years.
Prior to joining to Camero, Benjamin held the position of Process Engineering Manager at Terayon Communication Systems (TERN), a broadband access company where he was responsible for the management of transferring and releasing new products from engineering to production.
Prior to Terayon, Benjamin served as Operations Manager at ComBox, a developer of communications systems for the service provider market. In that position he was responsible for Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Logistics and Quality.
Benjaming also served as Senior Procurement Officer for the Government of Israel in NYC.
Benjamin holds B.Sc EE from New York Institute of Technology.
